@JamesTapsfield @davidtorrance One that springs to mind is from 2015 when Hannah Bardell had to take it twice after making a mistake on her first attempt.

Although it's difficult to be certain, this might be the first time an MP has had to re-take their Parliamentary Oath in order to sit and vote in the House of Commons.
