AST SpaceMobile president Scott Wisniewski has filed to sell 47,000 AST shares. These are RSUs are represent a small portion of his holdings. For an employee in his position he receives a small base salary so these sales will happen from time to time. Worth remembering though this means there is no negative MNPI as he wouldn't be able to make this sale if that was the case. $ASTS

$sabs after walking it off.... you raise when you can not when you need the money. considering that the second tranche of their raise would come from people who may already be maxxed out on shares % wise, and that tranche will be due at the end of the year when it may be trickier macro climate, the move makes sense. I am also long and biased. but the market didn't hate the move. saw something similar with $zura a few weeks ago.
