@virginmedia so frustrating when both your app and customer portal stick you in a loop of ‘Run a test’ when broadband disconnects and then ‘we need to run the test again’ and back round the same loop, every day for the last month I have down time of about an hour!

@YorkshireWP Still no response or refund to our 3 emails, this is getting ridiculous now! Totally unfair and unlawful to take payment and not provide the tickets or any form of refund, already told you the name of the booking, emailed 3 times and tried calling. £88 taken from our account!

@YorkshireWP Tried booking tickets earlier in the week, website crashed during transaction and no tickets sent or displayed, tried rebooking but no tickets available, money has now been taken out of our account - please can you help with refund?
