@dhlexpressuk please DO NOT deliver this delivery today, this is going to a scammer pretending to be me. I’ve tried calling but cannot get through to a person. O2 will be calling to confirm but they do not open until 8am

After looking further, this phone is due to be delivered to an address that is a 6 minute commute from your head office. This is too suspicious, highly suspect o2 staff being involved in this

I haven’t received any calls/emails or given away any personal information. My iCloud and Outlook accounts are all secure and haven’t been accessed, this is clearly a major o2 security breach. You’ve also done too little, too late.

@O2 unbelievable case of fraud ongoing. I received texts at 5pm as 2FA - I rang you to explain I hadn’t requested these, to then be told I’d ordered a new iPhone 16 to a random house on the other side of the country. It was confirmed this wasn’t done by me and my account password

After changing the password, 2 hours later I received another email saying the spend cap had been removed from my account 🤯 I rang yet again to speak with a really unhelpful person who said the account ‘should be secure’. It wasn’t until 9.30pm when my account was locked.

Was reset. Customer services said the courier can’t be contacted until tomorrow morning and to ring 02 back at 8am and they will contact the courier to cancel delivery, from looking online this will be too late to cancel the delivery and a scammer will receive this phone.

@FedExHelp spoken to support twice today who both said it had bees escalated and I’d get an answer within 4 hours. Never happened. My shipment is delayed for no reason and no one is giving me an answer as to why or when it will be sent to me.
