@SaidAitmbarek It’s difficult to quantify what you don’t get, but, the pros are that it’s transparent and fair. The cons are it’s complicated and variable. It’s literally down to the person if the pros or the cons win, so now we offer a negotiated fixed price as well.

@yeahshewrites It’s physics, same reason military submarines only go to ~300m and all deep sea vessels are that size. In short, the bigger the vessel, the stronger it has to ge to withstand the pressure. We don’t have the materials to create a large(er) vessel that can go to that depth.

London needs a "new Shoreditch" and it's not about to get one. The city is fast becoming too expensive to live in and be creative, in tech or any other arena. This isn't working.

If I wanted to spin up a landing page to test a product idea in 1 minute, what is the best tool to use? I don't care about design, customisation etc: speed is the priority.

@nathanjpowellUX There is a Steve Jobs video about this, it’s a really common trap I make all the time as well 😂 Do what the customer wants, your tech stack and everything else should enable that single objective.

@jasonalba I agree, you should hustle because you want to and always make sure you still do; don’t get addicted almost! Then, if your hustling, don’t expect anyone else to be joining you. Team members to people on twitter; your doing this for you and you only.

"Hustle culture" as an idea gets beat up. Bros and influencers have defined it and if you aren't doing it you have reason to feel guilty about maybe giving up. Regardless, there are times you should hustle. You know when. You define that. You know your goals. Work towards them.
