@YodelOnline when employees work alone there should be a means for them to keep in contact or call for assistance, yodel fully admitted to me they have no way to contact drivers 😂😂 treat your drivers like shit
@YodelOnline once again my tracking has been stuck since 10am. Parcel not here again second week in a row. Also, are you not aware of lone policy working law? Your drivers should have mobiles with them, I will be reporting this breach it’s unsafe

I do not have this parcel lol so they have delivered it to a chancer who has stolen it

@goustocooking continue being a customer but with @YodelOnline being the worst courier in the U.K. i can’t. Please consider using another one so I can come back as a customer! My neighbour also cancelled her subscription thanks to yodel so you are losing customers due to them!
@goustocooking hello, would you ever please consider a different courier for your boxes? I love gousto food but have just cancelled my subscription as @YodelOnline lose my boxes, deliver them to porches (I don’t have a porch) and generally ruin my delivery every week. I’d love
@YodelOnline courier as you can see on yodels page it’s full of complaints. I’ve now got to sort out my meals for the week, @goustocooking is meant to make life easier but using yodel you really are going to push customers away. Please listen to your customers who enjoy your
@YodelOnline as a courier when you don’t even have a way to contact your drivers, absolute joke. I love @goustocooking but have had to cancel my subscription with them as you keep messing up every delivery. Really hope gousto reconsider and choose a more reliable
@YodelOnline the drivers don’t have phones so they can basically get away with dumping parcels where they want. I’ll hear a response within 24 hours when the food is no good so you’ve basically just lost my food for the week. I honestly have no idea why any company uses you

@newlook please could I have a email for complaints. Placed an order, realised it had a mistake within five minutes, no edit facility on orders, no phone number, no one replies to messages. Very poor so I want to complain. Chat facility on your website down since 8am
@newlook placed an order at 7am, realised wrong address was on it at 7:05am. Have messaged here, fb messenger, WhatsApp... no reply. Really great service new look!
