REBELS: The sad news of the passing today of this prominent Mbale-based advocate Sam Wegoye, a man of God & loving father & lifelong teacher to many in Uganda & beyond has found me far away from my favourite city. Condolences to his family, law firm colleagues & congregation. RIP

RAPTURE: “Stand before an elder and honour him who is older than you...” Leviticus 19:32 #LegalRebel #Atanaaba with Senior Counsel Samuel Wegoye in the elder’s Mbale-based law chambers.

Treating your man like a King is not only achieved by kneeling down for him. Hmmm, let's not reduce a woman's love and submission to kneeling down. There are a plethora of ways to honour and show love...

There are many “Winning Women” on this app. But this lady @IreneMugisha is such a woman. Did u see that video on her birthday when she broke down, in all her smartness and knelt down to say “Thank you” to her awesome husband @MauriceMugisha. ?? Did u see it? Lady Irene is an example of women who were raised well. She was nurtured well. She didn’t just grow like many of the lousy girls on this street but she was taught excellently that a man is King. She doesn’t come from the central but she carries the humility that is next to none. Imagine, she was celebrating her 50th birthday 🎂 yet she chose to win her King over again. What a woman!! She knelt down in front of all her guests and she “Thanked Omukulu for believing in her and loving her and taking are of her” What a woman to emulate. She’s educated and well achieved but she chooses to be a “traditional woman” yet you see lousy girls on here who have nothing but a “smelly wig” on their heads shouting and tick-tock account mbu “I can’t kneel for a man nio-nio -nio” And I ask myself, Who are u?? Who are u not to kneel for a man who is taking care of u? You’re broke yet you’re shouting “I can’t kneel for a man?” That’s why you’ll still be abandoned by men. To keep a good man you must be able to treat him as a “King” regardless of what others say. I have always taught u that, a Man will always hold on and love a woman who elevates him. It’s in the DNA of a man to want to be elevated. If u want to keep your husband learn from such women of substance like Irene. I will advise u again: Scrap your nasty manners and be ready to humble yourself for your husband. You can’t be ugly and at the same time have nasty manners and expect a good man to come to you. You’ll continue to “kudibila ku lugya”. Men will come pregnant u , abandon u and move on. No man can stay with a pompous woman however beautiful she is. Again I thank Lady Irene for being extremely humble for her man. I want to send her a gift 🎁 for her birthday 🎉 whoever knows her should inform her. She’s a woman of virtue. And her husband is a MAN amongst men. He is a man of honor. Winning Woman for January.

@BmalinguOundo-President ULS during his welcome remarks, thanked participants for honouring the invitation. He said, “Women are nolonger confined in the corners but they are taking up big positions of influence. Uganda today has 25 female judges and more than 100 law firms founded by women and with women in top management positions. This is a journey that must be appreciated. " #WomenInLawConference23
