In 1968, the great benefits of electric vehicles were discussed and in display, noting that EVs were not a new idea, and in fact a much better development versus petrol cars 50 years prior to, in 1918.

In Sweden, a pad is placed under the electric vehicles; when they come on top of another pad mounted on the road, they charge wirelessly. In 30 minutes, they can be charged enough to travel a distance of 100 kilometers. It's currently in the trial phase
