@janabank No use!! I have mailed 100 times spoken with customer service several times.fake marketting strategy since account opening. stuffs are unprofessional not having knowledge how to give better service. I will not let any of my relatives and friends open account in small Jana bank.

@janabank one of the worst banks in India. Hope no one takes their services. documents verification and has been done with proofs. Cyber fraud happened to me. thoroughly connected to the concerned police officers. They are repeatedly sending NOC . The bank is not receiving.

@janabank I had opened a Premier account at the Dharashiv branch of Jana Small Finance Bank. I was assured that this account would come with a zero-balance facility; however, approximately ₹2,500 has been deducted from it in the form of low-balance charges.

Guys do not open any current accounts in @janabank .it’s been more than 45 days to open a current account .now after this long time … for getting access to our current account we have been following up from past 2 weeks for CIB access. no QR code or pos yet provided.. pathetic
