@MetroVancouver The burning plastic chemical smell is from VOCs not particulate. What were these levels? Why are VOC air emissions not monitored or regulated?

While there was a strong chemical smell and particulate levels increased, air quality objectives were not exceeded at monitoring stations Sunday. These air contaminants were measured throughout the day and data are at airmap.ca, along with current air quality info.
