@MerlinFDC4 Thank you! The question is.. which cocktail next? Maybe a mojito 🤔 loving my kit BTW. I’m no longer worried about the shaker coming apart when shaken and it’s easy to break the seal when it gets ice cold. Have a fabulous weekend x 🍸 🍹 🥂

Much better result using my new Merlin shaker @MerlinFDC4 and so much easier and a decent foam. It’s still not quite right 🤔 I’m using equal parts fresh espresso, Absolut Vodka and Kahlua. I don’t like it too sweet. This tastes like rocket fuel though! 😆
