Since I realised that Labour were going to do nothing of any meaning to release the cladding hostages & leaseholders trapped by the BSF I’m at a loss as to what next. It’s hard to understate how disappointed I am in them.

@SadikAlHassanMP Do you have any idea what is required for an average person to challenge service charges? Not everyone has accountancy qualifications or a eye for sharp legal arguments about reasonableness. People want peace and leisure - not spending weekends trying to uncook the books.

Spidey senses were correct. The hastily convened one-off session appeared to be rolling the pitch for today’s announcement. Everyone in the property sector naturally wants fancy qualifications. Another grift. The Committee sadly didn’t hear from a single leaseholder group.
