Restore Britain is entirely opposed to any Government banning teenagers from social media. That is a decision for the parents or guardians - not the state. It’s unwanted and unworkable. Wily teenagers will find a way through regardless. Here is a mad idea - let parents parent.

It was a modelling exercise and er.… not actual mortality UKHSA found NO excess mortality during the May heatwave. And in the 2 published ONS weeks covering most of June’s heatwave, death registrations were actually 918 BELOW expected. But the hysterical headlines pushed the narrative as if it was fact. As always, question everything.

UBER DRIVER JAILED FOR RAPE AT KNIFEPOINT Adam Daley, 33, has been sentenced to 16 years in prison after being convicted of raping a woman at knifepoint in Leicestershire. Daley approached two women outside a bar and offered them a lift through the Uber app. After dropping one passenger home, he drove the remaining woman to a secluded lay-by, threatened her with a knife and sexually assaulted her. I was in the room in Liverpool when Keir Starmer made this promise. Today, he has delivered on that. The Hillsborough Law is historic. We no longer live in a society where everyone is EQUAL under the law. Today, certain ethnic/religious/ideological groups enjoy a PRIVILEGED status. In today’s UK, some people are more “equal” than others. Anyone who denies that is probably a member of one of said groups.

I have spent thirty years in political journalism and have learned that the most profitable personal business in Westminster is not politics it is pretending to be outraged by politics. I am the Associate Editor of a tabloid newspaper owned by a billionaire, but I will not mention that because it would complicate my moral authority. Instead, I will focus on Nigel Farage's property portfolio, which is smaller than the portfolio of most senior Labour figures I have interviewed this year, but I will not mention them either because they are on my team. I will use the phrase 'hate-filled Hard Right' because 'Hard Right' polls well as a scare term and 'hate-filled' absolves me from having to engage with why four million people actually voted for Reform. It is easier to imply they are motivated by hatred than to consider that they might have material concerns I have not adequately covered in my newspaper, which is read by a shrinking audience of people over sixty who already agree with me. I am linking to a Daily Mirror article I commissioned, edited, and promoted, which required a photographer to stand outside Farage's house taking pictures through a hedge a thing we would call stalking if it happened to a Labour MP, but which we call 'public interest journalism' when it happens to someone we dislike. The article reveals that a man who worked in the City of London for twenty years owns property. This is presented as a scandal. I will not mention that my own newspaper's political editor earns more than most MPs, or that I have appeared on television panels for fees that would shock my readers, because this is not about consistency. It is about signaling to my audience that I am one of the good people who hates the bad people. The fact that this tweet will get 800 likes from people who already hate Farage, and 400 quote-tweets calling me a hypocrite from people who already hate me, is the perfect outcome. Engagement is engagement. My editor is happy. The ad impressions are counting. I have been doing this since 1997. I will be doing it in 2027. The targets will change. The formula will not."

Starmer became PM after Labour won 10,295,907 votes Andy Burnham is crowned PM with only 24,927 Makerfield votes and virtually zero scrutiny. Tories held contests, we knew the candidates policies. We don't with Burnham, who is evasive. It may be legal but is this democracy?

@azure111s I spent a pleasant evening last night on the "For You" tab. Seeing countless Labour members saying they have now left Labour because of this Burnham coup. Burnham is most definitely the "chosen one", just not chosen by the population, even Labour members.
