The Boomer Generation is so large that their votes swung elections. Consequently they have been indulged during every phase of their lives. Generous grants for higher education (no need for loans), cheep property (right to buy and affordable mortgages) and generous pensions. We even shut down the economy to protect them from Covid.

I for one, am glad that Labour are ending our boomerocracy. For too long the needs of the elderly have been prioritised over the needs of the young. Enough.
