What's your grief coping mechanism? Mine is my solar light project. When Alexander was first buried, I couldn't bear the stone being in darkness at night.I struggle to go to the grave, but it is full of lights too. Our memorial garden space for them both is always bright now ❤️💙

Chums! Baby Dog here. I hope you’ll be proud of me. Yesterday, we went to the beach and I learned to swim! No one expected it, but I was so brave and enjoyed how it cooled me down on a hot day. I forgot to take my tie off though!

My mother-in-law passed away this morning. Though we knew it was coming, it hit me harder than I imagined. After caring for her for the past 6 years with Alzheimer's, I feel lost. A photo from her birthday a few years ago with candles in her marmalade on toast. RIP Audrey. 🙏😥💔

The preliminary inquest for our beautiful girl is 2nd July. I saw it whilst updating my calendar for a meeting - I'd been trying to forget about it whilst we wait. But it looms now. My stomach is in knots. But what is making it easier is a responsive and kind coroner's officer.🌻
