@BCBSTX@T_dot_Lee_PhD Do you have any idea how stressful this is for small healthcare offices who don’t have big cash reserves so they can work without pay?
All of sudden @BCBSTX is denying ALL claims that are done by telehealth. In a group I'm in, they said a rep told them BCBS made a mistake and it'll be fixed eventually. The rep I am currently on the phone with now has no idea what's going on.
This is unacceptable.
