Every coach has that one quiet kid. Shows up. Does the work. Never says a word louder than a whisper. And then one day… competition starts and they turn into an absolute menace. You look at your assistant like, “Where has THAT been hiding?” They don’t brag. They don’t chest-bump. They just walk back like, “Okay, what’s next?” Quiet kids are wild. You think they’re shy. Turns out they’ve been studying everyone in the room and choosing violence at the perfect moment.

1A Tackle FB Semi-Final Game: PAT: Play of the Game! #2 Bagdad defeats #6 Williams 19-18! When Bagdad scored the tying TD to make it 18 all the decision to go for the PAT was not made on this particular day! Most 8-man teams do not even try to do PATs but HC Mills @sultanbaseball5 has made it a part of his special teams and has turned out some very good kickers throughout the years! The decision to go for the PAT was the "Play of the Game" because just making that 1 PAT turned the pressure on Williams who was playing great FB up to then BUT no matter how they played they were still down by 1! The win by the PAT was not made in todays game but after years and years of a special teams preparation of having a great Kicking Program with much emphasis! @JanieArizona

Breaking News n I mean BREAKING NEWS! Bagdad will be playing a game this week as we have a 'Clash of the Titans" type game as #2 Mogollon 2-0 visits #4 Bagdad 2-0 this Friday Night which will be Bagdads 1st game of season-after 2 forfeits and YES I verified it is GAME ON!

Just trying to get a game in at this point after its first two opponents had to cancel, 8-man Bagdad football will be playing at Tuba City on Friday night. First time Bagdad has played against an 11-man varsity team since maybe 1988, coach Dalton Mills believes.

I've lived through this, my Lil guy takes the last loss of the season harder than anyone.He has had this reaction multiple times and I've had great players that just come along side of him the same way. It's not just the end for the players but for everyone vested in the program
