Dr. Schwartz is a Coast Guard Rear Admiral and former Deputy Surgeon General.

RIP Lt. Col. Brandon Shah-- who killed today in the terrorist attack at Old Dominion.
He was a highly decorated veteran of the Iraq War.
Yet, lost his life to a terrorist who never should have been brought to our country in the first place.
