This is classic histomorphology for oligodendroglioma. Notice the infiltrative growth pattern (entrapped neurons) of tumor cells with round monomorphic nuclei and perinuclear clearing, I.e., “fried egg” appearance. This tumor has an IDH mutation & 1p/19q-codeletion.
