@Bibster1773 @Notwokenow True, they're basically given unlimited hearings to ask for mercy. All that shit takes time and money. It's signifcantly cheaper to put them in prison for life than have them on death row for even 10 years. Capital punishment is incredibly stupid on many different levels.
