ICU Stories: 20 years' old presents to her primary care provider w few days of "cold" symptoms & cough. Vitals stable besides heart rate of 160. Sent to the ED: BP 123/84, HR 141, RR 24, afebrile, sat 97% on room air. Labs: WBC 13k, BNP 600 (normal <100), trop I 100 (nl <15)
