2 days ago we posted about our 2 sample rule survey and that tweet has had >100k views. @NHSBTDanny brilliantly shares @SHOTHV1 report info showing wrong blood in tube is common, 1/2 could result in ABO mismatched transfusion & 2 sample rule can decrease this by 40%.
