Ex naapurini on toimarina isossa siivousliikkeessä ja kertoi, että yli 90% ulkomaalaisesta työvoimasta lopettaa työnteon heti, kun ovat saaneet pysyvän maassaololuvan. Yleensä tähän menee noin kaksi vuotta. Sen jälkeen siirtyvät Kelan leipiin. Aivan järjetön systeemi, joka on kuin ikiliikkuja ja jonka vuoksi esimerkiksi EK kiljuu työperäisen maahanmuuton perään. Kukaan ei vain osaa ratkaista mitä me teemme tänne sitten loisimaan jääneelle "työvoimareserville". Kysyin ex-naapuriltani, että miten olisi jos siivousliikkeet (myös hänen firmansa) maksaisitte sellaista palkkaa, että sillä tulisi oikeasti toimeen ja se Kela ei tuntuisi vaihtoehtona enää yhtä houkuttelevalta. Siivousliikkeiltä palveluita ostavat yritykset ja yksityiset eivät kuulemma suostu maksamaan sellaisia hintoja, että niistä pystyisi maksamaan kunnollista palkkaa työntekijöille. Me olemme ryssineet tämän maan ihan jokaisella tasolla.

Silloin kun ukrainasta alkoi tulla pakolaisia he työllistyivät todella nopeasti erilaisille matalapalkka-aloille. Yhtä nopeasti he huomasivat, ettei työnteko Suomessa kannata, vaan kannattaa jäädä tuille. Tätä ongelmaa ei ole kyetty ratkaisemaan, joten kaikille tulijoille käy samoin. End of story.
