Important For SBI Funds Management IPO Shareholders as well as Employees • Shareholders - Allotment in this category is Proportionate Example : Suppose SH category gets oversubscribed by 10 times & Amit applies for 13 lots while Sumit applies for 1 lot In such case Amit will receive proportionate allotment based on subscription while Sumit will go in lottery • Employees - Eligible employees can apply up to 5 lakh ₹ in this category, There is a discount of 54 ₹ per share Now here comes a query that if someone is Eligible Shareholder along with Eligible Employee then!! In this case he can apply up to 5 lakh in Employee Quota, Up to 2 lakh ₹ in Shareholder Quota & Retail (up to 2 lakh or HNI above 2 lakh) In short he can apply in 3 categories, Employee, Shareholder and RETAIL or HNI

Yes, we had a disappointing weekend in cricket. But at the same time, I often find myself rubbing my eyes in disbelief at India’s growing competitiveness in sports where I never imagined we’d even be globally competitive. Volleyball. Fencing. Gymnastics. Rowing. Athletics. The list keeps growing. Yes, we’re far from the top step of the podium yet. However, something’s clearly changing at the ground level. Years of effort by governments, both state and central, (outstanding example being Odisha) along with private sector organisations like OGQ and many others, may finally be starting to pay off.. But it is the individual sportspersons, this new generation of champions with grit, resilience and self-belief, who are my #MondayMotivation.

This broke my heart and I can't stop thinking about it. Iran has all odds stacked against them its crazy. First of all, they are literally being forced to sleep in Tijuana, Mexico every single night after they play. And its not like their games are right over the boarder in San Diego… they are in Seattle… across the US. AND they have to cross the border and go through immigration JUST to come back and compete the next game. And GO BACK and sleep there after a full on game. Their captain said it himself: "This is a disastrous World Cup. They have done everything possible to eliminate us. That's what they want, they want us out." And after last night their defender is on camera breaking down: "I don't know why we have such bad luck. I don't know what our people have done to deserve this. We just wanted to make them happy." These guys are fighting for an entire country while the system fights back. And then you watch Messi on the same stage committing fouls that would 100% be a yellow or red for ANYONE else and they don't give him a thing. Not even a warning. One team can't even sleep in the host country. They remove their goals yet the other is untouchable. Being the underdog doesn't just mean fighting the opponent. It means fighting the referees, FIFA, and the whole system at the same time. Honestly, it makes it that much obvious that the World Cup is rigged
