🚛💥 Want to measure what matters on the football field? Start using the Truck Stick! This metric measures the raw collision power an athlete can bring to every play. The idea is simple: speed x size = momentum. 📊 Truck Stick Formula:
Truck Stick (Momentum) = Player Weight (kg) × Top Speed (m/s) Example:
220 lb * 20 mph 🔁 100 kg * 8.94 m/s = 894 Ns (Newton Seconds) The higher the number, the more force that athlete can deliver on contact! Simple. Measurable. Competitive. We live in a skip the struggle society. Skip the reps. Skip the patience. Skip the uncomfortable. Too many people want… Confidence without preparation. Success without setbacks. Results without the grind. But it doesn’t work that way. It never has. There are no shortcuts. You still have to do the work. You still have to put in the time. You still have to go through adversity, not around it. The struggle isn’t a detour. It’s the training ground. Every hard practice. Every setback. Every moment you wanted to quit but didn’t. That’s where toughness is built. That’s where belief is earned. The people who succeed don’t listen to the noise telling them to skip steps. They stay patient. They stay consistent. They trust the process when it’s boring, lonely, and hard. Progress isn’t flashy. It’s quiet reps stacking up. Do the work. Respect the struggle.
