Indie authors: if a publishing or marketing company cold-texts your personal cell, don't be afraid to ask one simple question: "How did you obtain my personal phone number?" If the answer is a vague paragraph about "AI-assisted tools," "public sources," or "legitimate channels" instead of the actual source, do yourself a favor and report and spam then block immediately. This is the third one I've gotten in about less than a week. Slightly different numbers, slightly different text, but all the same BS.

Piko is a green cheek conure, which is the umbrella term for birds of his species. Within that broad term, there are many varieties based on color, including suncheek, pineapple, mint, etc. Piko Is a “suncheek,” not a pineapple. Can’t believe I had someone argue this with me. 🤦‍♂️
