@toddvs35 Should do it the same way as cricket does it with DRS. Make the umpire's call have some weight rather than a binary decision like it is in ABS. There has to be some margin of error in the technology, there is no way it can be exactly pinpoint accurate

Apply this to all of baseball! 10% of the ball has to be on the foul line to become considered fair. Only 10% of the ball needs to touch the yellow line on the outfield wall for it to be a home run. How far can we push the 10% rule?
