@SouthwestAir - first flight out of HOU with new assigned seats, not awesome and late. I’m A-List, Credit Card holder, and fiercely loyal to Southwest. I was one of the last people to board. When I got on someone was in my seat. Realize there are growing pains. Loyalty doesn’t feel rewarded yet. Hopefully adjustments will be made.

@SouthwestAir Definitely understand. Giving feedback early, hoping it will help make it better later. Feels like combinations of A List and Card holders should be bumped above level 5. Also, the promised reward of an assigned seat wasn’t granted as someone who boards before me was in my seat.

Agree, fiercely loyal @SouthwestAir customer, but am disappointed in this new world. Waited for my time to board and then, the promised reward of a seat that is assigns wasn’t realized as I wasn’t allowed to sit in my assigned seat, due to someone else being there already. Loyalty doesn’t feel rewarded yet. Hoping this gets better soon.

Hi @SouthwestAir I have flown your airline almost exclusively for the last 5 years. It has been great. Friendly People Good Accommodations A List Benefits to keep coming back Today I flew on your new policy. To say it was disappointing would be an understatement. I get it, this is a big change and I’m sure it will get better but I guess my question is why should I fly Southwest at all moving forward? You all are way smarter than me so I’m sure I’m missing how this benefits customers. There used to be a clear differentiator between your offering and everyone else. Checked Bag Fees Same Day Change Loyalty Benefits That Mattered All of that has either gone away or is just simply pay for play. Anyways just my✌️cents of a customer who has flown your airline a lot the past few years.
