BlackRock just submitted a 17-page letter to the OCC demanding they drop the proposed 20% cap on tokenized stablecoin reserves under the GENIUS Act.
Their core argument? Risk depends on an asset's credit quality and liquidity, not whether it lives on a distributed ledger.
Tokenization is just a superior settlement rail.
Once tokenized assets are treated 1:1 with legacy assets, the arbitrary limits disappear.

🚨NYSE FILES RULE CHANGE TO ENABLE TOKENIZED SECURITIES TRADING
The NYSE filed a proposal with the SEC to allow tokenized versions of eligible equities and ETFs to trade under DTC’s three-year tokenization pilot.
They would have the same ticker, same rights, and still settle in 1 day (T+1).

SpaceX Pre-IPO: €4M Tokenized and subscribed on Stellar in Under 72 Hours Our client cometumofficial, a digital investment manager focused on private markets, just structured and placed a fully compliant Pre-IPO investment in SpaceX as a regulated electronic security under German eWpG law. tokenforge provided the issuance and subscription infrastructure via TokenSuite, covering the full investor lifecycle from onboarding and distribution to reporting and asset management. CONCEDUS delivered the regulatory structuring and liability umbrella under MiFID II, WpHG, and MiCAR. @Tangany managed compliant digital custody and Smart Registry (@nyala_de) operated the securities register. Settlement was executed on the @Stellarorg blockchain, providing the speed and transparency that underpins the T+0 potential of the overall structure. Stellar Development Foundation also provided a development grant supporting the build-out of the infrastructure.
