میرا علاج، NICVD کی قانونی مدد اور پنجاب حکومت کی زاتی مہربانی امتیاز عالم میرے علاج کے حوالے سے پنجاب جرنلسٹ ھاوسنگ فاوُنڈیشن کی جانب سے یہ چیک نمبر 16042026 مبلغ پندرہ لاکھ روپے بزریعہ وزارت اطلاعات مجھے ابھی 2 بجے 16 اپریل وصول ہوا ہے جسے قبول کرنے میں مجھے اخلاقی قباحت محسوس ہورہی ہے۔اسکی وجہ یہ ہے کہ کس اصول اور پیمانے پر یہ 15 لاکھ روپے مجھے عنایت کیئے جارہے ہیں؟ کیا صحافیوں کے لیئے کوئ فنڈ مخصوص ہے اور کوئ صحافی ھیلتھ کارڈ موجود ہے۔ اگر ایسا نہیں ہے تو میں اس بخشش کا حقدار کیسے ہوسکتا ہوں؟ کوئ یہ سمجھائے کہ یہ ضمیر پر بوجھ نہ بنے۔ حکومت پنجاب سے بھی امید ہے کہ وہ کوئ یکساں پالیسی کے تحت حق صحت کو عملی جامہ پہنچائے۔ میرے دل کے لیئے جو آلہ چاہئے تھا وہ ملک میں موجود نہیں تھا۔ اس لیئے میں نے اپیل کی کہ دل کے آلہ CRT-D منگوانے میں مدد کی جائے۔سندھ حکومت نےصحت کے مفت علاج کے لیئے ایک سرکاری ادارہ NICVD بنایا ہوا ہے، جو اس طرح کی سہولت بلا تفریق تمام شہریوں کو فراہم کرتا ہے۔ انکی جانب سے پیغام ملا کہ وہ اس آلہ کو باہرسے درآمد کرنے کی کوشش کررہے۔ پھر میرے دوست سید ناصر شاہ کا پیغام موصول ہوا کہ NICVD کے دو سپیشلسٹ ڈاکٹرز میرے معائنے کے لیئے لاہور آئیں گے اور آلہ قلب RCTD کی درآمد کا انتظام بھی کردیا گیا ہے۔ اور ایسا ہی ہوا۔ البتہ آلہ قلب کل موصول ہوجائےگا۔ میں سندھ کے وزیرآعلی، سید ناصر شاہ اور وزیر اطلاعات میمن کا شکریہ ادا کرتا ہوں کہ انہوں نے دلچسپی کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے متعلقہ آلہ قلب کم ترین مدت میں درآمد کر لیا جس سے مجھے ایک نئی زندگی مل سکتی ہے۔ NICVD کی بلا امتیاز خدمات قابل تحسین ہیں۔ ان سے فائدہ اُٹھانے میں کوئ اخلاقی قباحت نہیں۔ میں پنجاب حکومت، اپنے عزیز دوست پرویزرشید اور وزیر آعلی محترمہ مریم نواز کی زاتی ہمدردی پر انکا شکریہ ادا کرتا ہوں۔ کاش NICVD طرز کا ادارہ پنجاب میں بھی ہوتا اور صحافیوں کے لیئے کوئ مناسب صحت کارڑ ہوتا جو مجھے یہ اخلاقی جواز فراہم کرتا کہ میں ٹیکس دھندگان کے فلاحی فنڈ سے 15 لاکھ روپے قبول کرسکتا۔ میں نہائیت ادب اور شکریہ کے ساتھ پنجاب حکومت کی اس زاتی عنایت کو قبول کرنے سے اخلاقی طور پر قاصر ہوں، جس کے لیئے سچائ سے معذرت خواہ ہوں۔ اس چیک کا کیا جائے، اسکا فیصلہ میں جناب مجیب الرحمان شامی، ناصر زیدی اور نصرت جاوید کی صوابدید پر چھوڑتا ہوں۔ شکریہ @BBhuttoZardari @javeednusrat @

I’d like to start by thanking Iran and the United States for agreeing to a ceasefire and to hold more detailed negotiations to build on the ceasefire with a view to a more permanent peace.
