In the least racist way possible - There needs to be some kind of test that says you can clearly communicate to do business in this country. I shouldn't have to be stuck on calls trying to decode. I speak spanish, well enough to order a drink at a resort in Cancun. But I dont speak well enough to hold a job in Jalisco.

@Joba_44 If you have a pellet smoker and are doing a fresh lasagna an not frozen I’d go: 225’ high smoke for about 2 hrs. Comes out nice with crispy cheese, beautiful flavor. Good luck!

I might not be some overnight success story. I quite literally embody the tortoise over the hare. More rewarding! Plus has more longevity! I love this scene more than anything and grateful ive been able to experience so much of it as a fan before diving into the industry side

Nobodies fault other than the Jets marketing department. Extremely common for brands to reach out and have anyone using their marks correct things like this after a rebrand. NOW. Just think about all the other departments at 1JD that have also been mailing it in. This is how you get and absolute dogshit product on and off the field.
