Today, she runs a ₹25 lakh enterprise with 400+ bee boxes across states. With support from Self Help Groups (SHGs), MUDRA, Lakhpati Didi, Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), and Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023, her journey reflects how the right mix of finance, policy, and market access can help rural enterprises scale and move towards exports. The #IndiaandNewZealand FTA marks a significant step in strengthening bilateral trade ties. First proposed in 2010 and revived in 2025, negotiations concluded in December 2025 —bringing the agreement closer to reality. With zero-duty access on 100% of Indian exports and expanded opportunities across agriculture, services, and key sectors, this #FTA is set to open new avenues for growth. The agreement is expected to be signed in April 2026 . Today, India takes a defining step in its civil nuclear journey, advancing the second stage of its nuclear programme. The indigenously designed and built Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor at Kalpakkam has attained criticality. This advanced reactor, capable of producing more fuel than it consumes, reflects the depth of our scientific capability and the strength of our engineering enterprise. It is a decisive step towards harnessing our vast thorium reserves in the third stage of the programme. A proud moment for India. Congratulations to our scientists and engineers.
