Body by Glass, not just a mantra, but a right of passage. If you could make it thru his workouts you knew you were prepared for anything. Not just football but in life. No one man had a greater impact on our lives than coach Glass. He created the standard and upheld the culture.

My time at OSU has officially come to an end. As a kid who bled orange it was an absolute privilege to work for the Cowboys! I can’t thank our guys enough for their unwavering effort through this season’s adversity! Hopefully it’s just see ya later & not good bye Loyal & True
