Imagine being this juror: "The videoes don't prove the officers were assaulted!" "She is obviously just pretending!" "I fully believe they insulted his mother! "Their reaction was entirely warranted!" "I don't think they're guilty of any charges!" "They're victims of racism!" 🤡
Landeur 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿@Landeur

I reckon a couple people on the jury got pretty redpilled by this. Imagine having a case this open and shut but your fellow jurors won't convict because of tribal allegiances. You sit there for 8 days and you're unwilling to change your mind because, well, it's obvious...

For as long as I’ve been alive, academics have been trying to portray testosterone as a kind of demon elixir. Allegedly causing egoistic, cruel, aggressive and violent behaviours. One of those "well obviously" things, despite never being all that obvious. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19997098/
Mankind vs Modern Feminism@MankindVsModFem

Giving testosterone to women makes them more fair, just, and reasonable. TELLING them that you've given them testosterone makes them assholes. What does this tell you about who men really are... and how women PERCEIVE them?

Feminism has always primarily been about manufacturing a certain perception. Doesnt matter how often something is proven false, when feminists choose to believe it. Things that either hasnt been true for decades or never were true in the first place, will remain feminist gospel.
Lisa Britton@LisaBritton

For decades, we’ve endured a relentless cultural campaign of blaming and shaming men to “do more” at home. It seems to have worked spectacularly. Yet the public narrative refuses to update. Instead of celebrating this progress, media outlets, academics, and social-media scolds keep hammering the same tired message: dads are lazy, absent, and insufficient. I see articles and memes daily still shaming and blaming men to “step up” while framing women as victims. It’s time to retire the guilt trip. "The cultural tropes about Dads being disinterested are being demolished one study after another.” @RichardvReeves tells Evie. “We've seen an astonishing shift in fatherhood in the real lives of American families, one that directly contradicts much of the current cultural gender commentary.” Read my latest for Evie: eviemagazine.com/post/the-lazy-…

Really impressive that these researchers found an objective way to measure professor quality, so they could prove higher ratings for men are due to bias. What’s that? They just assumed it’s bias? Oh.

Apparently UNESCO believes education is not fair to women before men are behind in every single metric. - When men are behind they're simply underachieving even when its due to quantifiable discrimination. - When women are behind it must be discrimination even when none exists.
UNESCO 🏛️ #Education #Sciences #Culture 🇺🇳@UNESCO

Women now outnumber men in higher education globally. Yet important gaps remain. Women continue to be underrepresented at doctoral level and hold only around one quarter of senior leadership positions in academia. Progress is real, but achieving equality in leadership, research and decision-making remains essential. 👉 More insights in @UNESCO’s Higher Education Global Trends Report: unesco.org/en/articles/nu…

@JamesLNuzzo @DavidMaywald Funny how when men earned more than women, this was described as a pay gap. Implying men were simply given more for no reason. However, now on the flip side it's become women outearning men, since the work of women is worth more. One is discrimination while the other is deserved.

@Bonkytheidiot The concept of "The Patriarchy" evaporates once you understand women consider men an out-group, while men do not consider women an out-group. Thus, the alleged patriarchs do not actually prioritise men above women. Patriarchy is just an inverted mirror image of a feminist utopia.

The entire concept of male privilege evaporates when you realize the few men at the top of society have literally no investment in the problems of the other 99.9% of men. Men disproportionately populate the entire bottom class of society and not a single soul advocates for them

UK leftists are now so extreme they’re currently in the process of justifying murder as an understandable mistake the dead victim aught to take blame for. Allegedly this young man trying to escape the knife wielding maniac must have said something so bad his death was quite fair.

Wealth taxes are how you turn the EU into a distressed asset for private equity acquisition. Remember: a wealth tax on unrealised gains leads to forced asset selling by average Europeans, while carve-outs exist for those using offshore corporate vehicles. Any country implementing this policy (such as the Netherlands) is engineering a market crash and distressed acquisition strategy, designed to transfer wealth from retail investors to institutions, all wrapped in a “tax the rich” narrative. As with policies like this, it will be structured to transfer wealth upward, just like the current closure of the Strait of Hormuz. This is a real endgame asset-stripping policy, deliberately designed to engineer a crisis that would otherwise have been allowed to occur through normal market corrections. Manufactured crisis is the policy. And only those with offshore corporate structures and hard money to invest during distress will survive it. Of course, if you own a money printer connected to a central bank, then you will create the money needed to acquire distressed assets and privatise the gains while socialising the losses. Everybody needs to become far more financially savvy to survive the crises these policies engineer.

They're selling us this as "tax the rich", while in actuality its "you shall own nothing" codified. Any losses are all yours, while the second you make gains, even when only on paper, the government comes to collect. You "should" have money, so even when you don't, you must pay.

@Artemisfornow Correct. Ending anonymity is primarily a gift to scammers, indentity thieves, stalkers, information brokers, hackers, extremists, nutters, shady businesses, corrupt governments or anyone else who may wish to screw with your life in our hyperconnected world.

Here comes the UN pushing another “framework” off the back of reports like this “UN warns women in public life face increasingly sophisticated online violence”. You might think that as a chick I would agree with this article. But I don’t. Would unmasking anonymous accounts make women safer? No. Would it force those intent on being vile into behaving better? Yes probably. But the issue is what you give up in exchange. Because once you remove anonymity, you don’t just catch trolls you give governments infrastructure to monitor, control and punish all speech they don’t like! “If you’ve done nothing wrong, you’ve got nothing to fear” only works if you trust whoever defines “wrong”. I don’t. And I don’t think any government or unelected global institution should get to decide which opinions are acceptable. It will absolutely mean ordinary people losing the ability to speak freely without fear of consequences in their jobs and lives. Social consequences for abusive accounts should work. Decent people pushing back against trolls, blocking them and platform enforcement targeting behaviour not identity are the answers. Make abuse costly in social terms, not political ones. Because ending anonymity is far more dangerous than the online trolls.

@FemCondition @StudiesMale Note also how objectification theory just assumes because male sexuality tends to be more visual, there can't be any other dimension to it. As if men can't possibly think of a woman as both physically attractive in addition to a human with feelings, experiences and opinions etc.

OK, so let's talk about sex. I don't know where this myth came from. Men don't have or use sex to maintain power and control. Men don't see sex as degrading for women, generally. This attitude is found in pockets of culture, not men. Culture means it's carried by all within the culture, male or female. It's taught to children. When studied, the only difference in rates of casual sex held between men and women are rooted in a *woman's expectation of social stigma*, not a typical man's application of stigma. Also note the "orgasm gap", another wild card thrown into these arguments by feminists who weaponize sex against men, disappears when women are in long term partnerships of any sort with a man. Even repeated casual sex. researchgate.net/publication/24…
Femme tweet media
Jessica Pin@jess_ann_pin

They also do it to maintain power and control. The reason is that sex is seen as degrading to women and empowering to men. Thats why men will view a woman as a sexual object in order to degrade her.

@wil_da_beast630 There is a reason there exists no rigorous scientific testing of the base premises of objectification theory from outside a strictly feminist framework. It's all just a circle jerk of ideologues seeking to reaffirm, while any genuine challenge to the fundamentals is just missing.

We really have been teaching absolute lunacy to American students. About one in five women believes that human males "objectify" females - i.e., see them as attractive, in physical terms, and as potential sex partners - to maintain sexist group dominance. How...could anyone believe this?
Andrew G. Thomas@DrThomasAG

What's the main reason that men objectify women? When given a choice between "to maintain power and control" and "sexual interest" a sex difference emerges. Roughly, 1 in 5 women think it's to maintain power and control compared to 1 in 20 men.

To corrupt a democracy one only needs to corrupt the media. Imagine being detained for mere words, with no right to silence, no right to a lawyer and no right to tell anyone this happened. If the media wont touch it, then nobody will know its happening. youtu.be/7KSPFs-Ouc0?si…
