My doctor says the surgery in July should be my last one and I’ll be fine. I’m hopeful. I don’t even miss the sex (it’s been 2 years). I just want to go one day without people looking at me in pity while I’m limping in pain. I want to go one day without feeling any pain!

I was diagnosed with a complex anorectal fistula 2 yrs ago. I am having my 4th surgery July. As a gay man I cannot begin to explain the shame I feel. I can barely look at myself in the mirror. I feel incredibly isolated and abandoned. But I am proud of myself for not giving up.

Tons of people are setting themselves up to find this out the HARD WAY: Doing your Incline Pressing with flared elbows is NOT ideal It’s more likely to leave you injured and it isn’t even as effective CBum went away from it for this very reason! Watch & Listen

Upper receipts Went with incline press on the smith today. Didn’t want to keep aggravating whatever is going on in my lower body trying to lug those DBs into position. Plan was to eventually go back to this movement anyways. Moved pretty well. Made good progress on most movement today. Just matched the 2nd and 3rd set on the row.
