People who are deemed palliative and dying of cancer have sought out psilocybin therapy by health Canada for end of life anxiety (noted to be highly effective for this purpose) and more often than not their application is refused or they die before they hear back. But you can die by MAID within weeks of applying (if eligible, which most palliative people would be)
