Somehow today I encountered four different easy to fix bugs. Obivously once we're made aware we're on it, and we ship fixes fast. Very fast. What I do notice is a certain kind of 'negative assumptions' about the cause if what's simply a bug. Can we please go back to realising, knowing, trusting that we're all doing the best we can? Or in other words (slightly modified ersion of Hanlon's razor): Never ascribe to malice that which can be adequately explained & instantly fixed.

Indirect regulation is an end-run around due process and courts need to put a stop to it. If the government wants to punish virtual currency companies, let it make a case against them. But when the government punishes your business partners for doing business with you, despite no direct action against you, it punishes you by depriving you of future business relationships without giving you any of the normal rights due process demands.

It would behoove VP Harris to not listen to (and distance herself asap from) folks like this who spout utter nonsense. The Dems aren't winning any votes for being anti-crypto (and thus anti-innovation), while the Republicans are gaining votes for embracing and encouraging innovation here in the US.
