ICE agents shot people during the Obama administration. ICE was involved in at least 59 shootings, resulting in 24 injuries and 23 deaths across 26 states The difference isn’t that it didn’t happen- it’s that it didn’t get the same national attention. Manufactured outrage.

Gov. Walz and Mayor Frey are now being quickly lambasted for this latest sh**ting involving an anti-ICE protester who was attacking ICE and had a de*dly weapon. Resigning isn’t nearly good enough. Walz and Frey need to be arrested, prosecuted and jailed.

It's statistically impossible.

Border Patrol agents are trained extremely well to protect themselves, their fellow agents, and innocent third parties. When a supposed “peaceful” protester brings a weapon (such as a loaded handgun) and brandishes it, there are going to severe consequences and repercussions. We have pleaded with and warned the media and the politicians that their irresponsible, hate-filled and false rhetoric is going to get people unnecessarily hurt, or worse, killed when they portray our agents and officers as the aggressors. They have encouraged these reckless confrontations and attacks on our agents and officers who are performing their lawful duties and enforcing the laws that Congress has put on the books. The fake and dishonest media and the shameless politicians should be held accountable for willfully misleading the public and enticing these protesters and agitators. We have full confidence that when more facts are revealed, our agents and officers will be shown to have utilized justifiable force in eliminating the threat.

If this doesn’t stop, we don’t have a country left.

Gregg Jarrett says dismissing the charges against Don Lemon raises red flags, predicting the DOJ will bypass the magistrate and pursue an indictment through a grand jury or a district judge: “Rejecting the charges against Don Lemon smells fishy to me, and we may actually learn more about the magistrate’s motivations, his bias, and his conflict of interest. Legally, the magistrate would have had to decide that the prosecutors did not meet the standard of probable cause. But personally disagreeing with the wisdom or fairness of bringing the case is not a valid ground for overriding the charging decision. I thoroughly expect the DOJ to do one of two things here: either bypass the magistrate by going directly to a grand jury for an indictment against Don Lemon, or go to a real district court judge.”
