@RaymondArroyo Raymond, please continue to remind us to pray for Jimmy's release. I was wondering what had been said. This is the first post with an explanation. Thank you.

This doesn’t sound too hopeful for poor Jimmy Lai…. 🙏

POWERFUL DISSENT from Justice Thomas: “Applicants are not entitled to a stay of an adverse court order based on lost profits from their criminal enterprise. They cannot, in any legally relevant sense, be irreparably harmed by a court order that makes it more difficult for them to commit crimes.”

BREAKING: The Supreme Court has tragically and wrongly granted the abortion pill makers’ emergency appeal, allowing the mail order abortion pill regime to continue nationwide. Justices Thomas and Alito dissented. This decision keeps deadly abortion drugs available by mail and telehealth, where preborn children are killed at home and women can be abandoned, coerced, and left to suffer alone. The FDA must act now. Ban the abortion pill.

Condolences to all of you, unfortunate majority, who celebrate today Matthias, Apostle, patron saint of wait-list admissions. Signed, someone in one of the last places on earth where the Ascension of the Lord is celebrated on the biblical 40th day of Easter.

@RaymondArroyo My Italian grandmother attended one of Frank's concerts. Her seat was close. She always said he looked straight at her and believed he did so because she reminded him of his own mother. Great memory for her!😊

Today we raise 🥃 a glass to the Chairman of the Board on the 28th anniversary of his passing. His music remains the soundtrack of my life. What a talent, what a legacy, and what a gift to have met him and seen him perform live so many times. “…the melody lingers on…”. Condolences @NancySinatra. 🙏@franksinatra
Nancy Sinatra@NancySinatra

Twenty-eight years ago, the world lost Frank Sinatra, and I lost my dad. I don’t think I’ll ever fully get over the loss of him, or the fact that my siblings and I were disregarded and not given a chance to say goodbye. My father was one of the most extraordinary men I ever had the privilege to know. What an incredible life he lived, and what a remarkable legacy he left behind. On this sad anniversary, I find myself thinking about all he accomplished, the joy he brought to so many people, and the love he gave to those closest to him. The world could certainly use his warmth, kindness, grace, and wonderful sense of humor today. He had a way of making people feel special, whether it was one person sitting beside him or on stage in front of thousands. What I regret most is that his great-grandchildren never got the chance to know him. Oh! How they would have loved each other. Twenty-eight years later, the world still sings along with him. Young people continue discovering him for the first time, while those who loved him from the beginning still treasure the man and his music. His music is special because it came from somewhere real, and because he meant every word he sang. He left behind a body of work that continues to bring people comfort, joy, romance, and strength. Dad was always concerned that his work would be forgotten, so he would be absolutely thrilled to know that his legacy lives on across generations, not only through his music, but in the hearts and on the playlists of millions of people around the world.   Frank Sinatra is eternal. And I still miss my Daddy. I love you, Poppa.

The same James Martin, who blocked me years ago, when I was honestly trying to understand where he was coming from in his ministry to "help" gay people. I had noticed a young lady I knew who had reposted a picture of Martin with a pro-gay comment, and I was like: Wait...what? So, I went to his FB page and began to ask him questions about scripture and how he is trying to help...and I was STUNNED when he wouldn't answer me, but he would answer everyone else who was marching lockstep with gay marriage and the idea that the Church would eventually accept it. I offered to dialogue offline via phone or even on Messenger or email. His answer: He blocked me. Fast forward to days of X, and I happen to see him in the news and click his name, and now I am BLOCKED here as well. I don't call people vulgar names, so I didn't get blocked for that, but for questioning a Roman Catholic Priest about his celebration of "gay" marriage and his rainbow posts. I asked him why he is only interested in shepherding those who agree with him and not those who agree with 2,000 years of Church doctrine. @Pontifex I wrote to Pope Francis about Fr. James Martin and other priests who were preaching heresy--twice, personal, heartfelt letters. Neither were answered, and now, you are allowing him to continue this horrific charade that destroys bodies and souls. I pray that you will clearly see the error he is promoting and that the Lord gives you the grace to see clearly that God's WORD is true. He did not make man for man and indeed, called this an abomination. He DESTROYED two cities because of this sin of SODOMY: Sodom and Gomorrah. Please, I beg of you, speak to the world clearly and concisely, that marriage is between a man and a woman. Unrepented sexual sin of any kind is a MORTAL sin that will prevent them from entering Heaven. Tell them that God can heal them and DESIRES TO HEAL THEM, and that their love for HIM must be greater than their desire for a sexual partner or ANYONE. Tell them that we should be willing to give up ANYTHING, ANYONE, AND EVERYTHING that offends Him, for HE IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE. This is what true love looks like. This is what TRUE compassion looks like and what a true Good Shepherd would do. Thank you.

Today I spoke directly with Acting FDA Commissioner Kyle Diamantas. He told me he regrets work he performed as an outside attorney for Planned Parenthood in Planned Parenthood of Greater Orlando v. MMB Properties. He shared that he was assigned to the case by his law firm, performed work on it, and ultimately regretted his involvement because of his moral opposition to abortion. He then asked his superiors to remove him from the case. He said that he is pro-life and cares deeply about the pro-life cause. I also raised the urgent crisis of the abortion pill. Nearly 11% of women who take mifepristone experience serious adverse events, and the abortion pill has killed millions of American babies. Diamantas told me that reviewing the abortion pill is a top priority for him and the administration. We and millions of Americans across the nation who value the right to life expect the FDA to take serious action to protect mothers and their preborn children.

IVF is not pro-life. People select which embryo to implant -- that has eugenic implications. Many embroys remain frozen. Only a fraction results in healthy live births. The government should get out of the business of IVF.
