It would be real tragedy if $opendoor breaks support this week and heads into the 3’s. Getting closer to a 60% crash, earnings coming up, and OpenDoor is still a meme stock . Life is good! #memestock #bagholders

Myths about DTC eComm: - You can't scale if your AOV is less than $30 - You shouldn't enter a category that is already competitive - You can never compete against established players with huge budgets Reality: ✅ Native Deoderant has a price point of $13 and scaled to $100M in two years ✅ True Classic entered one of the most competitive fashion categories - basic tees, and has done $250M in revenue since launching in 2019 ✅ HiSmile competes against toothpaste giants and is set to hit $200M in revenue. Don't believe everything you read - know your customer and your category and you can prove the rule makers wrong.

I’m stuck. Can someone hep? I’ve tried three times to get approved for TikTok Shop and keep getting denied. This isn’t a dropshipped brand. we are legitimate, U.S. made with full documentation. Does anyone know the right person to contact to actually get this resolved?

That billionaire's daughter recognized she was being quoted a ridiculous price that wouldn't be justified by the value of the service provided and politely declined while giving a justification as to not give offense. The grifting pseudo influencer was too daft to recognize she was being dealt with graciously despite her absurdity and rushed to shame the well-mannered founder in a way that will likely hurt her future business prospects. People arrive at their station in life for a reason.

Do you want to know the secret to writing ads that print so hard you can retire your whole bloodline?
The worst part about running a brand is that no one tells you how to write winning ads. But everyone tells you they are the most important thing?

You do all the research: watching the youtube videos, reading the tweets, and searching reddit - but nothing makes sense.

Your ads just don’t convert.

So you decide to copy a few competitor ads instead..
But that doesn’t help either.
The truth is - if you’re writing ads for your brand, then you’re probably focused on the wrong thing.

There’s one mistake that 79% of brand owners in the US make & it’s costing them millions. Because despite what they tell you - the key to winning ads isn’t learning how to write better hooks.

Or creating pattern interrupts…

It’s something else.

But before I let you in, there’s something you should know.  Once you learn this, you will never feel the same again.
Because learning this one thing will make your ads print so hard that people will think you’ve found a cheat code on Meta.

Your CPMs will drop, Your CPC will get cheaper And your ROAS will increase… My name is nkecom & my ads have generated millions…. today I’m going to share with you the secret.

The number one way to create winning ads is by building tension.

If you learn how to create tension, you can sell anything.

Because once you have built tension, people feel invested. Especially if you hit relatable pain points & failed solutions along the way.

If you mention your solution straight away, then people aren’t emotionally invested in the problem you are solving.
The key to writing winning ads is focusing on emotions first, building tension, then driving the conversion with logic.
If you want to learn how to build tension… then READ THIS POST AGAIN.

Quote of the week from a VP growth “I run our ads creative, not our brand team. And I build creative that gets me in trouble with my brand team. All of our winning ads get me in trouble. Then my brand team comes and says ‘we made an on brand version’ and I tell them that’s not the point.” 👏 👏👏👏👏

@raqisright brand founder here - making this public makes brand owners never want to work work you especially since her response back to you was respectful. Also, who is paying these rates? Not anymore. no shame in trying to get your money but market decides.

@humrashid @KevinSimo123 @moizali Focus on making creatives that feel like IG reels or organic TikToks. Running ad accounts couldn’t be easier (speaking as someone who spends $200k/day on meta) Anyone that convinces you media buying matters more than creative/lander/offer is just trying to sell you something.

Naw I just don’t agree with them. 1. People don’t have context to their relationship 2. They don’t know the culture of the company 3. The dude is an adult on PTO. If he didn’t want to respond he doesn’t have to. Treating it like somehow this is an imposition is treat the employee like he is a child with no agency

@SamMendelsohnW6 3. Yes, he’s an adult on PTO but when the CEO is involved, it’s not a neutral choice. calling it “agency” ignores a power dynamic here.

@SamMendelsohnW6 his employees see and read this on X. it becomes part of the culture. if a ceo doesn't think so, that CEO Should not be a public CEO.

@SamMendelsohnW6 2. Culture is also what leadership highlights not just what’s said internally. Praising someone for working on their wedding day communicates what behavior stands out.

@SamMendelsohnW6 1. . People don’t need full context to react to what’s being publicly praised because public praise is the context. That’s the part everyone can see and respond to. you don't have context either. Its not a private situation.
