I put the entire Claude Code GTM Engineering Playbook into ONE Notion doc.
8 sections. No fluff.
- How to get set up correctly from day one: Pro plan, terminal install across Mac, Linux, and Windows, GUI install via Antigravity or VS Code, and bypass permissions mode
- What to put in your project brain file, what to leave out, and how to get Claude to update it automatically when it keeps making the same mistake
- How to run plan mode step by step and when to skip it for simple tasks
- How to build a skill file from scratch, fix one that keeps failing, and install 5 GTM skills worth building first: lead scraping, email labeling, proposal generation, outbound sequence writing, and client onboarding
- MCP install process, token cost checks after every install, the best MCPs for GTM work, and how to cut token usage by 50 to 100x by converting MCPs into skills
- Sub-agents and agent teams: the 3 cases where they earn their cost, reliability math for parallel runs, and how to enable parallel variant exploration
- What is eating your context before you type anything, how to use /compact and /clear correctly, and model selection for parent vs sub-agents
- Modal deployment: any skill as a live URL in under 2 minutes, form interface setup, and connection to n8n, Make, or Zapier
This is the setup I would have KILLED for before spending months piecing together how to actually get productive in Claude Code from documentation, YouTube tutorials, and scattered GitHub threads.

I found the easiest way for a marketing agency to add $1M in passive revenue.
It's a $297/month product that 99.9% of agencies aren't selling yet.
Here's the opportunity most agency owners are walking past every single day:
33 million businesses in the US with a physical storefront.
Every single one misses calls every day. They know it. They hate it.
And nobody has offered them a real solution.
That's the opportunity.
Agencies have been selling websites for decades and collecting hosting fees forever.
They've been building CRMs on GoHighLevel and collecting the markup in perpetuity.
Passive. Recurring. Zero maintenance after setup.
AI voice agents are the next version of this.
Here's exactly how I'd build it:
Step 1 — Scrape a list of 1,000 local businesses with storefronts
Surgeons, med spas, law firms.
Any high(er) ticket service a phone number and hours.
Step 2 — Run an automated after-hours call campaign
Call every number after 6pm.
No answer? That's your proof of concept.
You just documented a missed call in real time.
Step 3 — Trigger an automated email the same night
"I called your office tonight. Nobody answered."
Body:
You're missing customers right now. An AI receptionist answers every call, books appointments, and handles FAQs 24/7 — for less than a part-time employee's lunch budget.
Can I install it for you?
Step 4 — Install it for $99 the first month.
$297/month after that.
Your cost to run it: $30–50/month.
Margin is immediate from month two.
Churn is almost zero.
A business that relies on AI to answer their phones doesn't cancel.
Step 5 — Upsell
Once youre in and have the realtionship, expand:
Paid ads
→ SEO/GEO
→ GBP
The playbook isn't complicated.
The product sells itself.
The math is insane at scale.
I mapped out the full system — tech stack, the after-hours call sequence, the email follow-up automation, onboarding flow, and pricing model so any agency can implement this before their competitors even know its a strategy.

This is the most common mistake that 99.9% of people make when sending cold emails.
They don't run tests and forget to update basic DNS information, among other things.
I've just released a completely free tool that doesn't even require registration.
It's called Mail Tester.
I'm giving it away for free — just comment 'cold email' and I'll send you the link.

I recently spoke to a marketer who ran a $40M brand with just two designers and ONE AI process:
He gave me and my team a masterclass on using AI to scale marketing and creative.
He chains 7 different tools together for: ideation, image creation, video editing, and iterating based on performance.
I paid him 6-figures to build these systems for my companies.
Now, I’m giving them away for free.

most genius info product research hack i've seen this year:
guy wasted 6 months building "unique" products that got 2 sales each
everyone told him to keep trying, find his voice, create something revolutionary
he ignored all of it
just: opened facebook ads library, found ads running 60+ days using a simple extension, reverse-engineered the offer, built his version in 8 days
$4,300 first month with 283 followers
no unique ideas. no passion projects. no original ideas.
he sold the same shit 8 other people were selling but repositioned the outcome better and launched faster
he stole proven demand while creative people waste 6 months inventing problems nobody has
i broke down the complete facebook ads library method - how to find profitable offers and clone them in one week
like, rt and comment "INFO" and i'll send it (must follow)

A 21 year old marketer is getting me 10M+ social impressions a year. Using a simple 3 step AI process:
He:
1/ Compiles daily transcripts from my meetings
2/ Fine-tuned an AI model to convert them to content
3/ Tracks each metric obsessively
I asked him to create a 5 min Loom so all of my portfolio companies can copy this process.

I built this Meta dashboard that tracks every dollar of my own ads.
And it's completely transformed how I optimize campaigns across different platforms and regions.
Here's what the complete ad intelligence looks like:
1/ Building dashboards for clients taught me something powerful.
I needed the same level of intelligence for my own campaigns.
The same real-time visibility & optimization capabilities I give my clients.
So I built this dash system:
2/ The dashboard is used to monitor campaign performance and track key metrics like:
→ CPM (Cost per Mille)
→ CPC (Cost per Click)
→ CPLC (Cost per Link Click)
→ CPLPV (Cost per Landing Page View)
→ CPL (Cost per Lead)
→ CTR (Click Through Rate)
→ Ad spend
3/ Real-Time Performance Command Center
→ $23.74 CPM tracked live
→ $1.26 CPC optimized continuously
→ $2.84 cost per link click monitored automatically
→ $3.65 CPLPV calculated in real-time
→ $45.4 cost per lead tracked precisely
Every dollar of my own budget is optimized with clarity.
4/ Complete Funnel Visibility
→ 117.5M total page impressions analyzed
→ $3M ad spend monitored
→ 980.4K link clicks tracked
→ 764.9K page views monitored
→ 61.4K leads captured and attributed
I can see exactly where my prospects engage and where to amplify success.
5/ Predictive Performance Trends
→ My link clicks, impressions, and ad spend tracked over time
→ Identify winning patterns in my campaigns
→ Spot optimization opportunities early
→ Scale successful campaigns systematically
Data-driven decisions for my own growth.
6/ Geographic Intelligence
→ Interactive heatmap shows exactly where my ads perform best
→ England leading performance: $141,026 spend, $0.66 CPC
→ Country-by-country performance insights
→ Regional scaling opportunities identified
I know exactly where to expand my reach.
7/ Device Performance for My Audience
→ 96% mobile app dominance (59,148 leads)
→ 3% desktop performance (1,774 leads)
→ 1% mobile web contribution (454 leads)
My audience is mobile-first. My strategy follows the data.
8/ Campaign Intelligence for My Business
→ Individual campaign performance tracking
→ My impression, click, and conversion analysis
→ CTR optimization by campaign (0.83% average)
→ Systematic winner identification
I scale what works. Optimize what's promising.
The Personal Impact:
9/ This dashboard elevated how I run my own advertising:
→ Real-time optimization of my campaigns
→ Data-driven scaling decisions
→ 40% improvement in my lead quality
→ 25% boost in campaign efficiency
The Power of Practicing What You Preach:
I use the same intelligence systems for DashboardLim that I build for clients.
Same:
- level of insight.
- optimization capabilities.
- systematic approach.
When you use your own solutions:
- you understand them deeply.
- you perfect the process.
- you prove the system works.
Want this level of intelligence for your agency?
I build custom dashboards & AI automation systems that transform how agencies make decisions.
- Real-time data.
- Predictive insights.
- Automated reporting.
- Intelligent alerts.
Follow + Like and Comment "DASHBOARD" and I'll DM you a guide on how to build yours.

A few weeks ago the @ycombinator batch begged me to make a CRM crash course for founder-led sales.
After multiple drink offers 🍻— I gave in.
The session itself went semi-viral inside the batch, and people keep asking for the video.
If you’re doing founder-led sales, the CRM might feel like this clunky behemoth system—it doesn’t have to.
In the video I go over the absolute basics:
→ The only 3 CRM objects that REALLY matter (Deals, Contacts, Companies)
→ CRM best practices
→ Why logging every interaction isn't optional
→ How to set up/automate your CRM so it becomes your single source of truth (and sales doesn't hate using it)
I wasn’t planning on releasing this outside the YC group, but given the response, happy to share it with others running early sales teams.
If you want the video → just comment "CRM" and I’ll DM it to you.
Thank you to Aaron Zelinger, @ghita__ha, @Pashpops, @JoshSabol, Thibault Henriet. @NityaArora14, @gunwoo__kim, @adinagoerres for making sure I got this out.
This ended up being one of the highest ROI hours I’ve spent lately — founders really need better sales and CRM playbooks.
If you’re in the trenches with founder-led sales and figuring this out, happy to help.
