I recently had an unpleasant experience at your Vastral (Ahmedabad) branch regarding a payment through my Pluxee card (formerly Sodexo). The cashier refused to accept payment via registered mobile number with OTP and also declined payment through QR code

I kindly request you to look into this matter and enable these facilities at your outlets, ensuring a smoother and more friendly option.

Recently I have done my 4th free service at Sarabhai automative Ghodasar Ahmedabad of my Hunter 350. They charged 2672 INR from me and handover bike to me then I found problem regarding chain and I approached service station 2 times but they didn't solve.Please help

हर साल 10% बढ़ता किराया, डायनामिक फेयर के नाम पर लूट, बढ़ते कैंसलेशन चार्जेस और महंगे प्लेटफार्म टिकट के बीच लोगों को एक ऐसी ‘एलीट ट्रेन’ की तस्वीर दिखाकर बहलाया जा रहा है जिस पर गरीब पांव तक नहीं रख सकता।
वरिष्ठ नागरिकों तक से उन्हें मिलने वाली छूट छीन कर पिछले 3 वर्षों में सरकार उनसे ₹3,700 करोड़ की वसूली कर चुकी है।
प्रचार के लिए चुनी गई ट्रेन के लिए आम आदमी की ट्रेनों को जहां तहां खड़ा कर दिया जाता है। गरीब और मध्यमवर्गीय यात्री रेलवे की प्राथमिकता से बाहर कर दिए गए हैं।
AC डिब्बों की संख्या बढ़ाने के लिये जनरल डिब्बों की संख्या कम की जा रही है, जिसमें मज़दूर और किसान ही नहीं छात्र और नौकरीपेशा भी यात्रा करते हैं। सामान्य डिब्बों के मुकाबले AC डिब्बों का निर्माण भी 3 गुना कर दिया गया है।
दरअसल रेल बजट को अलग से पेश करने की परंपरा खत्म करना, इन्हीं ‘कारनामों’ को छिपाने की साजिश थी।
सिर्फ अमीरों को ध्यान में रख कर बनाई जा रही रेलवे की नीतियां रेल पर निर्भर भारत की 80% आबादी के साथ धोखा है।
मोदी पर भरोसा ‘विश्वासघात की गारंटी’ है।
