So much to be thankful for with #bitcoin100k. But what I most grateful for is all the amazing friends I've made along the way. Especially my team at @MARAHoldings.

@hillery_dan The $STRK guidance change changes my mind. I was previously hesitant on $STRK due to Saylor potentially smashing the ATM and not letting it go up but now with reduced ATM, it allows the price to rocket for the next bull. Good setup IMO. Same for $STRD.

IMO, STRD should reprice up significantly considering Strategy reduced ATM capacity of STRK down to 2.1B from 21B. The moving liquidation preference on STRK was a real problem for all junior securities. Glad it is getting rolled back, not to mention the problems that arise with convertible arbitraging.

We’ve reduced the max issuance on $STRK to shift more focus toward $STRC, which clearly signals we’re placing it front and center. (Great catch @chcbearsfan) The other preferreds now function as complementary tools to keep investors within the Strategy ecosystem. Once investors get comfortable and truly see how effective $STRC is, they’re more likely to adjust their risk curve, consider $STRD (offering greater than 13%) or even a small reallocation to $STRK if they see strength in the equity moving higher. All of these tools exist to provide optionality, while $STRC remains the flagship products and $MSTR continues to be the primary source of liquidity.

🔥STRK IS THE ULTIMATE EARLY RETIREMENT WEAPON🔥 Take $1,000,000. Buy STRK. At a 10.58% effective yield, it throws off $105,800 a year in ROC dividends, tax-deferred, while you sit on your porch like a financially weaponized swamp wizard and let the rest of society commute to meetings about “synergy.” You live on the cash. You do nothing heroic. No landlord calls. No tenant explodes the dishwasher. No startup founder with “disruptive vision.” No 4:30 a.m. options gambling because your retirement plan is built out of emotional damage and Celsius screenshots. Just collect the yield and wait. If you're a Bitcoiner, you probably think Bitcoin compounds at 25% annually or so. MSTR, with their current level of Bitcoin amplification, compounds at 33.25% annually. You let that run for 10 years. At the end, you convert your STRK into MSTR at 0.1 MSTR per STRK share. Result: You collected $1,058,000 in cash over the decade to live on. Then you still end up with roughly $3.17 million of MSTR. Then you sell covered calls on your $3.17 million MSTR stack and never run out of money while you wait for the Grim Reaper to take your SOUL. Or do anything with it. Play Scrooge McDuck with your cash in a hot tub. So the trade is: Retire now. Live on the ROC dividends. Let Bitcoin do its apocalyptic compound-interest black magic. Convert later into a giant MSTR position. This is what happens when capital markets accidentally invent a structure that lets you eat steak in the present while smuggling volatility into the future. The average retirement planner wants you clipping coupons at 73. This thing says: here’s six figures a year to breathe, and a giant pile of leveraged Bitcoin equity waiting at the end like a flamethrower in a trust fund. Boomers got a pension. You get a yield wrapper that pays you to front-run monetary collapse. That’s progress.

I have a follow-up question after your Spaces today @Z06Z07 (video format) First, everyone should read this article. Second, I'll ask the question first and then provide an analogy for how I interpreted the information. All commentary/criticism is welcome. #STRC #MSTR #Bitcoin

@PreferredPath Writing a long article now, not totally predicated on $STRK but I do agree. Under this new environment $STRK peaks my curiosity the most. Thanks for the kind remarks and likewise.

The Bitcoin Policy Institute just released a new report on the Bitcoin de minimis tax exemption. Under current law, every bitcoin transaction triggers a capital gains calculation and IRS reporting obligation, no matter the size. A $4 coffee purchased with bitcoin that appreciated by six cents gets the same tax treatment as a six-figure asset sale. This has effectively killed bitcoin's use as a medium of exchange in the U.S. Congress solved this exact problem for foreign currency decades ago. Personal-use foreign currency gains under $200 are tax-exempt. Bitcoin users get no such relief. Senator Lummis filed a standalone bill proposing a $300 per-transaction threshold with a $5,000 annual cap. The Joint Committee on Taxation scored it as revenue-positive, generating $600 million over ten years. The White House backed it. Treasury Secretary Bessent offered to have his team work directly with Lummis on guidance. Then the direction shifted. After the GENIUS Act passed, a new bipartisan draft from Representatives Miller (R-OH) and Horsford (D-NV) narrowed the de minimis exemption to stablecoins only, excluding bitcoin entirely. Relief offered where it's least needed, withheld from the users facing the most punitive treatment. BPI has met with 19 congressional offices over the past three months pushing back. The response has been encouraging, with bipartisan agreement that the stablecoin-only approach is insufficient. The window is narrowing. Senator Lummis, the issue's strongest champion, departs the Senate in January 2027. If a package doesn't come together in the next few months, this opportunity may not return for years.

Well I suppose I learned last summer that life is short, definitely too short for holding grudges.  So when @GamebredFighter said he wanted to sit down and break bread of course I took him up on it.  Today he came to Wisconsin, sat down had some dinner and chatted it up.  Turns out we have more in common than different 👊👊👊  Felt great to bury the hatchet and make a new friend.  Life is too short to hold grudges, bury hatchets and move one with your life.  So glad Jorge was able to come to Wisconsin today.
