@DaveScarangella This is going to continue to happen. Other programs are going to continually increase their budgets and it will be a never ending arms race of $$$ until there’s rules to level the playing field.

You can interpret this a few different ways, but here's my take: Remember the year before last when basketball wasn't given the money (it seemingly all went to football) to compete in the NIL era? Then after a horrible season, some money was found last year for CMY to go out and find some better players? This sounds like we're going back. CMY and Gurdak have known each other since like the ninth grade and CMY has helped him develop quite a bit. But there are some programs now with money willing to spend it on good role players and I'm guessing Christian got offered a bunch. You can't blame him for taking it. So buckle up, basketball fans. This does not bode well for keeping some of the other key players of this year's team...

John Calipari is right on this — allow one player transfer, after that, you have to sit out a year to transfer. We have guys playing for four different teams in four years. It’s beyond ridiculous and bad for the sport:

@Zigmanfreud College football is nothing more than a professional sports league with teams sponsored by universities. No other student can transfer freely year to year and obtain a degree. I believe that sooner or later true fans (former students) are going to lose interest at all levels.

Yesterday, North Texas won a bowl game, ending their best season ever. Today, the entire core of their team, including a star QB who wasn’t even recruited out of HS, is now transferring. And no one seems to understand that eventually these second tier schools will just give up!

This is the expected premium increase for a married couple in Arizona making $88,000 with one kid. This is the real cost to families starting on January 1st since Republicans didn’t work with us to keep health care costs from skyrocketing. I won’t stop fighting to fix this.
