IMHO, More trained researchers in med ed can elevate the field-If we foster rigorous methods, critical peer review and meaningful scholarship. Is that wishful thinking?

By the way, I agree with Lara‘s comments about too many papers. We are publishing too much junk in#MedEd, and much of this excess is being driven by degree programs that require “published papers” as part of the degree. We should think hard about this (somewhat perverse) incentive structure! 😖
