In 1989, I thought we had a chance to win the NBA championship after going 4-0 vs the Bad Boys. MJ put an end to that dream. Then in 1999 the Knicks caught lightning in a bottle but lost to the Spurs. I was a Jr at UMass when the last championship was won. This team gets it done. It's time. @BrandonTierney You have grown parents teaching kids this way. This isn’t a killer instinct mentality. This is a manipulation of the game. Little league baseball is being ruined by crap like this.

Score matters, yes. Hopefully this wasn't during a blowout. It's the coaches responsibility to pull back at certain points. Especially at this age. But this should be the the mindset of all young baserunners. You get a few early years to truly develop that killer instinct on the bases. Then it's engrained forever. This young man is a certified, locked-in baller. Teachable moment for catcher and pitcher, too. No issues whatsoever--unless it's a route.
