I purchase one item from Reliance Digital on 29th August, 2021 using AU Bank credit card of Rs. 18497. There was a scheme for 10% cashback upto Rs. 1500 using AU Bank Credit card which I should get within 60 days of purchase date. @aubankindia

Customer care team does not have enough of knowledge about the scheme and not giving proper response. Bank is pushing us to avail credit card to get cashback offers and if this is the way we have to chase AU bank for cashback thenwhatisthe useofusingAUBankcreditcard.@aubankindia
