Don't buy this. Yelich, Frelick, Turang, Mitchell, Vaughn, DL Hall all 1st rounders. Chourio, Miz, Sproat, Harrison, Ortiz, Bauers former top-100 prospects. Contreras, Megill, Sanchez (among others) have been all-stars. Brewers have good players. Leave it at that.

@jere57910 A great lineup shouldn’t put up a total of 5 runs against a divisional rival that clowned them after a playoff loss. At home where they can’t lose. They looked uninspired and had horrible approaches at the plate. They just scored 21 total runs against the White Sox, what changed?

Anyway, the game was over when Nico was out at 3rd and you could literally feel it in the ballpark. I said “Well, we’re gonna lose so I may as well have fun while they do” and just kept drinking. Anyway, sorry I saw the #Cubs 4 times in 9 days and they won one (1) game.

@Brewers What’s funny about the whole L flag situation is that Brewers fans have zero understanding of the flags’ purpose, history and significance.
During the Great Depression, a flag was flown to be that days scoreboard. It was the simplest and easiest way to signify “WON” or “LOST”

@Nico_4_MVP He’s been in the league for 3 years now and had 2/3 good months as an “elite hitter”. There’s a higher chance he’s a better fielding Javy Baez than Griffey Jr. and thats perfectly fine having a top tier fielder at a prime position if you’re willing to sacrifice offense.

You’d think the gap would be much wider.
PCA saves a lot of runs/hits, but he also loses a lot of runs being a below average hitter. He’s still a positive total player, but once his speed regresses he won’t see the field.
