Hey @ThreeUK, my wife ordered a new phone 2 days ago. No confirmation email, order shows as 'open', customer chat said, "don't worry, your orders been accepted". Any idea when we might get an update, or when the phone will be delivered?

@myenergiuk Hi, thank you. I have reviewed the FAQ's and they do not cover this specific point of being able to run the Libbi in the event of a power cut, if the house is disconnected from the mains, using something like the Tesla Gateway.
