Finished my first week in New position, Exercise Science & Physical Education instructor at Central Christian College. Excited to be back in the classroom.

Today, we remember and honor the legacy of former Kansas Track & Field Head Coach and KU Athletics Hall of Famer Gary Schwartz (1988-2000). Our deepest condolences are with his family and friends during this time.

Repeated tough weeks drain you physically, mentally and emotionally if you don’t build in time to recover physically, mentally and emotionally. These days must be prepared for as seriously as you prepare for the working days. Regular quality recovery matters
